別府ブルワリー は、大分県・別府市のクラフトビールブルワリーで、IPA や Pale Ale を中心に醸造する。味覚プロファイルは特に 苦味・ホップ香 が際立った傾向。
別府ブルワリーは、2022年12月に大分県別府市で誕生した醸造所兼レストランです。かつて別府の街にビアホールが並んでいた歴史を踏まえ、「湯あがり」をコンセプトに掲げたビール造りを行っています。野焼きダークラガーやヴァイツェン、スムージーサワーエール、湯あがりペールエールなど多様な銘柄を醸造しており、併設のレストランでは九州・大分の食材を活かした料理と共にビールを楽しめます。
