ひでじビール は、宮崎県・延岡市のクラフトビールブルワリーで、Pale Ale や Wheat を中心に醸造する。味覚プロファイルは特に セッション志向・軽やかさ が際立った傾向。
宮崎・延岡の山あいで仕込まれるクラフトビール。九州産の麦芽と良質な水を使い、 ペールエール、ヴァイツェン、栗を使った季節ビールなど、宮崎らしい個性派が揃う。
